Daily care
Before arrival, we collect information about health, food, temperament and routines.
During the stay, we observe adaptation and adjust handling whenever necessary.
We have covered outdoor and climate-controlled indoor accommodation, plus areas for small dogs and puppies. Dogs stay individually, except for dogs from the same owner who normally live together. We accept dogs from 4 months of age who meet the booking’s health requirements. Confirm suitable accommodation with the team before booking.
Walks, outdoor time and rest follow the plan booked.
We record feeding instructions, allergies, medication and any special requirements.
You can choose the centre’s Royal Canin kibble or bring your dog’s usual kibble, labelled and with instructions. Include allergies and diet details in your request.
We inform you and arrange veterinary care or transport in line with the authorisation given when booking. If necessary, action may be taken without prior contact. Veterinary and transport costs are payable by the client.
Photos, videos and updates are sent at the frequency included in the chosen plan.
The facilities have video surveillance and an alarm as security measures.
You can request dog grooming. Ask about the service, availability and price before booking; the bath and nail trim included in some packs are not a full grooming session.
