Bookings and assessments are handled on the WDS portal linked from this website. Read the data requirements and terms for each request there before submitting it.
Legal bases for processing
When you request information, an assessment or a quote with a view to using a service, the processing needed to handle that request is based on the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take. Managing an agreed service is based on performance of the contract; meeting legal obligations is based on compliance with them. If another processing activity requires your consent, its purpose must be explained and specific consent requested.

Handling requests may involve hosting, email and management tool providers, as well as disclosures required by law. The involvement of providers does not authorise use of your data for unrelated purposes.
Google Maps, YouTube and links to social networks or WhatsApp may involve processing by the respective providers. Before using these services, read their policies, including information on recipients and possible international transfers.
You can ask the controller for information about the recipients and safeguards applicable to your case.

Subject to its exceptions, the law recognises the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
